I am a Registered Dietitian with experience in nutritional assessment and designing personalized meal plans for both adults and children.

I offer counseling for weight management, clinical nutrition, prevention, and lifestyle improvement. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's degree in Nutrition and Medical Rehabilitation.

My approach is individualized, evidence-based, and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
