D-na doctor Jeledintan Estera a explicat clar
afecțiunea si tratamentul si mi-a răspuns la întrebări cu calm si complet.
Dupa ce am urmat tratamentul initial care a dat rezultate foarte bune si m-a scos dintr-o criza foarte grava, m-am intors la control si am primit din nou explicații clare si complete împreună cu tratamentul stabilit.
Comunicarea cu doamna doctor a fost foarte buna, explicațiile primite fiind date intr-un limbaj clar, accesibil si cu incadrarea in limitele de timp ale platformei, fara sa rămână vreo neclaritate.
