I am a specialist physician in Gastroenterology.
I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in Târgu Mureș, and I completed my residency training at the Fundeni Clinical Institute, Bucharest.

I have undertaken advanced training placements in France at CHU Nîmes and Saint-Louis Hospital in Paris.

Areas of expertise include hepatology, viral and autoimmune hepatitis, hepatic steatosis (fatty liver disease), alcohol-related liver disease, and cirrhosis.
In gastroenterology, my expertise covers inflammatory bowel diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Helicobacter pylori infection, peptic ulcer disease, acute and chronic pancreatitis, dyspepsia, bloating, diarrhea and constipation, as well as oncological gastrointestinal pathology.

Investigations and procedures: diagnostic digestive endoscopy, interpretation of laboratory and imaging investigations, histopathological assessment, liver function evaluation (FibroScan, FibroMax), and abdominal ultrasound.
