Dr. Isabela-Ioana Tăbleț is a Hematology Specialist, having graduated from the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest. She completed her residency training at the Fundeni Clinical Institute, during which she accumulated vast clinical experience through various rotations, including hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, infectious diseases, and intensive care.

Her expertise includes performing and interpreting essential hematological procedures, such as bone marrow biopsies, peripheral and bone marrow blood smear analysis, and DNA/RNA isolation for the detection of hematological gene mutations. In addition to her clinical work and 24-hour shifts at the Fundeni Clinical Institute, Dr. Tăbleț is actively involved in scientific research. She has authored award-winning papers and presented at prestigious international conferences, such as those organized by the European School of Haematology (ESH) and the European Hematology Association (EHA).
