I am Dr. Raluca Ionescu, a physician trained in integrative medicine, with a comprehensive background in both conventional medicine and complementary therapies. I strongly believe that every person is unique and that true health represents a balance between body, mind, and emotions. For this reason, I combine allopathic medicine with phytotherapy, apitherapy, aromatherapy, homeopathy, nutrition, stress reduction techniques, Bach flower therapy, gemmotherapy, biofeedback, and many other natural approaches.

I studied Medicine at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest and Pharmacy at Ovidius University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Constanța, further expanding my expertise through certifications in ultrasonography, medical ethics, and manual therapies (medical massage, lymphatic drainage, hot stone therapy, bamboo massage, kinesiology taping). I have also completed training in Recall Healing, coaching, counseling, and personal development.

In my clinical practice, my goal is to help people heal from the inside out, prevent imbalances, and restore harmony in their lives. I work with empathy, patience, and deep respect for each individual’s pace, acting as a supportive partner throughout their journey of transformation and healing.
