Dr. Elena Malaiasi

Dr. Elena Mălăiași is a Specialist in Neonatology and a Resident Physician in Radiology and Medical Imaging. She built her medical foundation at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Craiova (2008–2014) and subsequently completed her Neonatology residency at the Polizu Maternity Hospital in Bucharest (2016–2019).

Since January 2020, she has been practicing as a specialist physician at the Giurgiu County Emergency Hospital, providing expert medical care, resuscitation, stabilization, and monitoring for full-term and premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Driven by a commitment to delivering an integrated diagnostic approach, she is expanding her clinical competencies through advanced training in Radiology and Medical Imaging at the "Prof. Dr. Theodor Burghele" Clinical Hospital, which includes a clinical rotation in Pediatric and Neonatal Ultrasonography at the "Marie Curie" Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children.

Her professional portfolio is complemented by certified competencies in General Ultrasonography and Healthcare Services Management, alongside training as an NLP Practitioner focused on enhancing physician-parent communication and emotional intelligence. Dr. Elena Mălăiași is an active member of the Giurgiu College of Physicians and regularly participates in national medical congresses and conferences.
