About me
I am a Specialist Psychiatrist with clinical experience gained in both the public healthcare system—including on-call emergency duty—and the private sector. My practice focuses primarily on evaluating and treating depressive and anxiety disorders, cognitive disorders, and dementia, as well as obsessive-compulsive disorders, phobias, social anxiety, personality disorders, alcohol dependence, schizophrenia, and bipolar affective disorders.
In my consultations, I strive to provide an empathetic, respectful, and structured approach based on a coherent clinical interview, up-to-date scientific evidence, and clinical experience. I aim to avoid both the overpathologizing of natural life difficulties and taking unjustified medical risks.
I consider diagnostic clarity, explaining therapeutic options, and making informed decisions together with the patient to be essential. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and currently practice psychotherapy under supervision.
Online consultations last 25 minutes and are particularly suited for specific medical inquiries, psychiatric guidance, clarifying symptoms, or generally discussing therapeutic options.
