Dr. Diana-Emanuela Mocanu

As a specialist psychiatrist, trained at the 'Socola' Institute of Psychiatry in Iași and also certified in the field of 'Integrative Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychology,' I offer my patients an approach based on empathy, respect, and communication.

I believe that every patient is unique; therefore, I provide an individualized approach with an emphasis on psychiatric evaluation, establishing a diagnosis, and developing a comprehensive treatment plan. This plan includes not only psychotropic medication but, more importantly, psychiatric counseling, psychoeducation, and support for both the patient and their family.

I strongly believe that every patient wants to be truly heard, and this represents one of the fundamental pillars of the doctor-patient relationship that I promote. Currently, I collaborate with two medical clinics that provide psychiatric medical assistance.

Frequently treated pathologies: depression, bipolar affective disorder, sleep disorders, anxiety, dementia, schizophrenia, alcohol-related disorders, as well as other psychiatric disorders.
