About me
I am a practicing psychologist under supervision, with training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral counseling. I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca in 2016 and completed the Master’s program in Public and Clinical Health Psychology at the same university in 2022. I have also attended the Master’s program in Forensic Psychology.
In the area of counseling, I can provide support for enhancing self-knowledge and personal development, as well as for the prevention and alleviation of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral difficulties. In psychotherapy, I offer support in reducing or eliminating symptoms, mental disorders, psychosocial and/or psychosomatic distress, and dysfunctional behaviors.
