I strongly believe in the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship, grounded in respect, genuine care, and collaboration with those seeking psychological support. Whether encouragement, support, or learning strategies that enrich a person’s life are needed, the work of a therapist is a continuous process of learning about humanity and about how we can live life with joy and confidence.
I work with families and couples who experience dissatisfaction in their relationship, wish to clarify and improve it, or explore the perspective of divorce—especially when children are involved. Regarding adolescents, my experience includes age-specific challenges such as first love, suffering and the stigma related to homosexuality, body image and anorexia, career choice, shyness and lack of friends, emotional regulation deficits with a risk of developing pathology, and, last but not least, the adolescent–parent relationship.
For self-awareness and personal optimization, I use psychometric tools for assessing personality and stress, as well as techniques for time management, task management, and decision-making.
