My name is Daniel Leșovschi, and I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. I support, accompany, and guide people through processes of self-discovery, healing therapy, and identifying the most effective solutions to the challenges they face.
My professional practice over the past 12 years has brought me into contact with a wide range of psychological concerns, particularly clients experiencing depressive episodes, anxiety, and panic attacks, as well as other issues such as low self-esteem, stress management difficulties, emotional eating, sleep hygiene problems, burnout, emotional regulation challenges, and self-awareness development.
In recent years, many requests have come from parents of adolescents and from young adults at the beginning of their careers. The main areas of focus include school bullying, the development of emotional, social, and adaptive intelligence, as well as early-career challenges such as burnout.
