As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, focusing on trauma and anxiety. I work in a warm, empathetic, and collaborative manner, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT – currently in training) and psychodynamic approaches. My practice also frequently addresses stress/burnout, mild-to-moderate depression, emotional regulation, and self-esteem.

I actively participate in ongoing professional training and workshops covering topics such as psychodynamics, Sandplay Therapy, and psycho-oncology, providing sessions both online and in-person.
