I am a clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in psychological and psychotherapeutic practice.

I work both in private psychological practice and in a medical setting, where I support patients living with chronic conditions. I have expertise in clinical psychology, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, and hypnosis, complemented by training in psycho-oncology, transpersonal psychotherapy, and Sandplay Therapy.

I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, adjustment difficulties, relationship problems, periods of crisis, or significant life changes. My experience in the medical setting also enables me to provide psychological support to individuals coping with chronic illness, difficulties adapting to treatment, or the emotional impact of illness.

In my practice, I use clinical psychological assessment, standardized psychological instruments, psychoeducation, and cognitive-behavioral therapy interventions. Depending on each person's needs, I integrate relaxation and hypnosis techniques, as well as experiential and projective methods, including the use of OH therapeutic cards and Sandplay Therapy techniques. These tools can facilitate the expression and exploration of emotions, personal experiences, and themes that may be difficult to put into words.

My approach is empathetic, authentic, and collaborative. I do not view people solely through the lens of a diagnosis, and I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My aim is to understand, together with each person, what lies behind their difficulties and to develop realistic goals and strategies that can lead to meaningful changes in everyday life.
