About me
Within every relationship lies a story of healing, and psychotherapy opens the path toward discovering it.
As a psychotherapist trained in systemic couple and family psychotherapy, I strongly believe that every person has the capacity to heal and to create positive change in their life.
Deep understanding and empathy are the foundation of my work. In each session, I create a safe and supportive space where those who choose to embark on this journey can explore themselves and discover the resources they need to overcome challenges.
I am a mother, a wife, and a child—and I carry with me the experiences and challenges of these roles, fully aware of how complex the dynamics and responsibilities they bring can be. This is why, within this interplay of roles, I understand how essential it is to find balance and authentic connection in our relationships. Together, we can build new ways of navigating relationships and transform difficulties into opportunities for growth and harmony.
