I am a clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, with a primary interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, and psychological trauma. My practice is based on scientifically validated methods, tailored to the individual needs of each client.

My approach targets both cognitive restructuring and emotional and somatic regulation. I integrate interventions from cognitive-behavioral therapy with elements of somatic psychology, exploring how emotional experiences are reflected and stored at the bodily level.

I offer a safe and empathetic space where I support the development of self-awareness and the building of effective strategies for managing difficulties, aiming for real and lasting change.
