About me
Adina Ioniță is a psychotherapist with long-term training in Classical Morenian Psychodrama, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Yoga, and Meditation Techniques, and is currently undergoing training in PACT Couple Therapy (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy)—an integrative model combining attachment theory, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation.
