In my office, I create a safe and welcoming space. I respect your rhythm and approach each process with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

I am a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, with experience in learning and development as well. Outside of work, I find balance in music, art, long walks, and time spent in nature.

I believe we do not have to be perfect in order to learn, grow, or live beautifully. Every step matters and deserves to be acknowledged, even when it is small.
