Dincolo de rolul structural, calciul particip\u0103 la o serie de procese vitale: contrac\u021bia muscular\u0103, transmiterea impulsurilor nervoase, coagularea s\u00e2ngelui \u0219i secre\u021bia hormonal\u0103. Conform Institutului de Medicin\u0103 din SUA, majoritatea adul\u021bilor au nevoie de <strong data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2162\">1.000 mg pe zi<\/strong>, iar femeile peste 50 de ani \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bii peste 70 de ani au nevoie de <strong data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2251\">1.200 mg pe zi<\/strong>. Pentru copii \u0219i adolescen\u021bi, necesarul este mai mare deoarece oasele sunt \u00een plin\u0103 dezvoltare. Absorb\u021bia calciului din lactate este \u00een jur de 30%.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3323\" data-end=\"3456\"><p data-start=\"3325\" data-end=\"3456\"><strong data-start=\"3325\" data-end=\"3354\">Pe\u0219te cu oase comestibile<\/strong>: conservele de sardine \u0219i somon cu oase sunt bogate \u00een calciu.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3676\"><p data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3676\"><strong data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3485\">Legume cu frunze verzi<\/strong>: varza kale, broccoli \u0219i varza chinezeasc\u0103 (bok choy) con\u021bin calciu, dar unele plante precum spanacul au o absorb\u021bie redus\u0103 (\u22485%) din cauza oxala\u021bilor.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3677\" data-end=\"3844\"><p data-start=\"3679\" data-end=\"3844\"><strong data-start=\"3679\" data-end=\"3703\">Alimente fortificate<\/strong>: multe sucuri de fructe, b\u0103uturi vegetale (soia, migdale), tofu \u0219i cereale sunt \u00eembog\u0103\u021bite cu calciu.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3845\" data-end=\"3959\"><p data-start=\"3847\" data-end=\"3959\"><strong data-start=\"3847\" data-end=\"3880\">Fructe oleaginoase \u0219i semin\u021be<\/strong>: migdalele, alunele \u0219i semin\u021bele de susan con\u021bin cantit\u0103\u021bi moderate de calciu.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ringdoc.ro\/surse-de-vitamina-d-top-alimente-bogate-in-vitamina-d\/\">Vitamina D<\/a><\/strong> este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru absorb\u021bia calciului. Consum\u0103 alimente bogate \u00een <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ringdoc.ro\/surse-de-vitamina-d-top-alimente-bogate-in-vitamina-d\/\">vitamina D<\/a><\/strong> (pe\u0219te gras, ou\u0103) sau expune-te moderat la soare pentru a sprijini utilizarea calciului<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8710799 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8710799\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Deficitul de calciu: semne \u0219i consecin\u021be<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2822de21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2822de21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"4228\" data-end=\"4786\">Un aport insuficient de calciu poate duce la osteoporoz\u0103, o boal\u0103 caracterizat\u0103 prin sl\u0103birea oaselor \u0219i risc crescut de fracturi. La copii, lipsa calciului (\u0219i a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ringdoc.ro\/surse-de-vitamina-d-top-alimente-bogate-in-vitamina-d\/\">vitaminei D<\/a><\/strong>) poate cauza rahitism, iar la adul\u021bi osteomalacie \u2013 o \u00eenmuiere a oaselor. Simptomele deficitului pot include amor\u021beli, furnic\u0103turi \u00een m\u00e2ini \u0219i picioare \u0219i spasme musculare. Grupurile cu risc crescut de caren\u021b\u0103 sunt:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4788\" data-end=\"5225\"><li data-start=\"4788\" data-end=\"4934\"><p data-start=\"4790\" data-end=\"4934\"><strong data-start=\"4790\" data-end=\"4817\">Femeile postmenopauzale<\/strong>: sc\u0103derea estrogenului reduce absorb\u021bia calciului \u0219i cre\u0219te pierderea osoas\u0103<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4935\" data-end=\"5026\"><p data-start=\"4937\" data-end=\"5026\"><strong data-start=\"4937\" data-end=\"4980\">Persoanele care evit\u0103 produsele lactate<\/strong> (vegani, persoane cu intoleran\u021b\u0103 la lactoz\u0103).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5027\" data-end=\"5096\"><p data-start=\"5029\" data-end=\"5096\"><strong data-start=\"5029\" data-end=\"5066\">Persoane cu deficit de vitamina D<\/strong> sau cu probleme de absorb\u021bie.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5097\" data-end=\"5225\"><p data-start=\"5099\" data-end=\"5225\"><strong data-start=\"5099\" data-end=\"5145\">Cei care urmeaz\u0103 tratamente pe termen lung<\/strong> cu corticosteroizi sau alte medicamente care afecteaz\u0103 metabolizarea calciului.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e9263a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0e9263a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Excesul de calciu \u0219i hipercalcemia<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7218985 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7218985\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Consumul excesiv de calciu, mai ales prin suplimente, poate produce hipercalcemie. Aceasta apare uneori la persoanele cu hiperparatiroidism sau anumite cancere, dar se poate manifesta \u0219i din cauza aportului ridicat de suplimente sau antiacide pe baz\u0103 de calciu.\u00a0Hipercalcemia poate cre\u0219te riscul de probleme cardiace, calculi renali sau deteriorarea func\u021biei renale. De aceea, nu dep\u0103\u0219i doza recomandat\u0103 \u0219i consult\u0103 medicul \u00eenainte de a lua suplimente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb8e2f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb8e2f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Suplimentele cu calciu: c\u00e2nd sunt utile?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81860aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"81860aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"5814\" data-end=\"5919\">Dac\u0103 dieta ta nu asigur\u0103 doza necesar\u0103, medicul poate recomanda suplimente.
