Promisiunile sunt atractive: piele mai t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103, articula\u021bii mai puternice, p\u0103r mai puternic, refacere muscular\u0103 mai rapid\u0103. Este un element structural esen\u021bial, care formeaz\u0103 \u201escheletul&#8221; multor \u021besuturi: pielea, tendoanele, ligamentele, cartilajele, oasele, vasele de s\u00e2nge \u0219i chiar pere\u021bii organelor interne con\u021bin cantit\u0103\u021bi semnificative de colagen.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Din punct de vedere biochimic, colagenul este o protein\u0103 fibroas\u0103 alc\u0103tuit\u0103 din lan\u021buri de aminoacizi, \u00een special glicin\u0103, prolin\u0103 \u0219i hidroxiprolin\u0103, organizate \u00een triplete helicoidale care confer\u0103 rezisten\u021b\u0103 \u0219i elasticitate \u021besuturilor. Prin procesul de hidroliz\u0103, moleculele mari de colagen sunt fragmentate \u00een peptide mai mici, care pot fi absorbite mai eficient de organism prin tractul digestiv.
