How does it work?

The virtual medical platform can be accessed for medical consultations between 08:00 and 24:00.

The costs of the consultations are set by you and are displayed in the list of doctors when a patient accesses your profile.

The money for the consultations performed will arive in your account (set in your account in the platform) in the first 10 days of the following month of the month in which the consultations took place.

There is no minimum number of hours to be reached. You can set yourself up online from the app at the touch of a button, whenever your schedule allows. Moreover, the Ringdoc application allows you to set a recurring program, so you do not waste time setting the program in the application every day.

The duration of the consultation is set by you and can be changed later. You can find this information in the application, in the "prices" section, on the main screen.

Yes, the availability schedule you have set can be changed at any time, depending on your schedule. You can also add exceptions to the availability already set for your holidays or those in which you will not work within the set interval. . Be careful! If you want to change the schedule and you already have a schedule in the calendar, you must first cancel the schedule and then you will be able to change the schedule.
