Throughout her career, she has held coordination and leadership positions in renowned medical laboratories, being responsible for team management, test validation, and the implementation of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 15189 standards.

Leading and coordinating laboratory departments within major hospitals and medical networks (Lotus Hospital Ploiești, Ponderas – Regina Maria, Medas, Telemedica, Caritas);
Implementing and supervising international quality standards in medical laboratory testing;
