I am a clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, and I believe that everyone sometimes needs a safe space where they can be heard, understood, and supported. I work with individuals who experience anxiety, panic attacks, emotional or relational difficulties, and who seek greater clarity, balance, and inner calm. I provide psychological assessments, individual counseling, and couples therapy, using an empathic approach tailored to each person’s needs and personal rhythm.
In my practice, I use psychological and psychotherapeutic interventions adapted to each individual, within a safe and compassionate framework. My approach is integrative, combining scientifically validated methods with techniques focused on emotional regulation and long-term change.
Methods and Procedures Used:
Clinical psychological assessment and psychodiagnosis
Individual psychological counseling
Individual therapy and couples therapy
Interventions for anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and depression
Cognitive-behavioral techniques (cognitive restructuring, anxiety management)
Integrative psychotherapy techniques (Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems – parts work, transactional analysis)
Empty chair technique (emotional clarification, resolution of internal and relational conflicts)
Nervous system regulation techniques (mindfulness, conscious breathing, guided imagery)
Experiential techniques and body awareness practices
Vocational counseling and decision-making clarification
Support for unresolved grief
Specialized Approaches:
Guided imagery and mind–body reconnection exercises
Attachment-focused work and relational pattern exploration
Trauma-informed interventions, delivered at a safe and contained pace
I place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, emotional safety, and adapting interventions to the unique needs and pace of each person.
My Therapeutic Philosophy:
I approach every client with respect, empathy, and curiosity, within a safe and supportive environment. I believe in an integrative perspective, where mind, body, and life context are considered together. I view symptoms as signals of unmet needs rather than defects, and my role is to accompany clients in their process of clarification, healing, and reconnection with their inner resources.
